They are a fashion & clothing accessories online store on Amazon. There are a set Superman belt buckles with assorted colors, and there was one that I wanted to purchase. I wanted the all chrome silver Superman buckle, so I showed it to my wife and she was happy as well. The pictures are misleading. It appears on the pictures as either gold or silver. So I chose the silver one with the black leather strap. After waiting almost a month it finally arrived, but WRONG COLOR. I received a black buckle with gold frame. I politely explained to the seller of the problem, and she told me it's the right one I selected. I got a closer look at it and still there was NO black showing on the picture. She later gave me a site that she said has the silver buckle which wasn't.

The picture still shows the same photo as the other one. The only thing different was the description on bottom saying ABrown, so I replied and questioned her "I don't want brown. Is that referring to the leather belt strap I assume?" She never responded back and avoided my question. She later said I can return it for refund. I accepted that for which the belt was still in the package and never worn, so I was about to return it expecting a reimburse shipping fee.

The seller said they don't reimburse the shipping fee and I would be charged again for it, so I filed a complaint to Amazon about being charged again for shipping fee. I took it all the way to file a complaint to Amazon A-Z but they haven't responded back about the color description & picture issues. Since this problem was becoming to much a headache, I decided to just keep the belt buckle with the wrong color, but posted a bad review of them on what happened to warn others. They didn't post my online review and I'm very disappointed and frustrated wondering why are they covering up? Please kindly give your utmost attention to this matter. Thank you.
