I ordered complete book series sets. I used my Cashapp card for payment & it shows as "Geshstore" under my payment history. This is the parcel tracking: https://m.17track.net/en/track-details#nums=WY300600154148

I contacted their support to tell them I never received the books despite the tracking showing as "delivered". Fanny from support refuses to give full refund and insists it was delivered & it must have been stolen. Not true.
