My husband purchased airfare ticket for a trip that was already planned . It was a one way ticket to Detroit from Myrtle beach I was contacted by a representative sayin some details in my flight changed. I am a frequent flyer and can navigate pretty well through the airline’s website to check flight status and any other updates. The representative said that he would check with the airline and put me on hold .When the conversation resumed he then asked me to pay an additional $40 to have access to my confirmation number. I explained to him that is pointless and I could have just booked through spirit airlines.Then I spoke with a supervisor and was told the exact same thing and was also told that this ticket is none refundable
