We found a vacation rental through a company called Book with us here. the vacation rental was in Breckenridge and they sent us a contract. After paying $500 by Zelle, they cancelled their Zelle account and would no longer communicate with us. On the contract they state they will provide a refund if we ask 10 days in advance of the rental start date. We have done this, but they still refuse to communicate with us. I have flagged to Craigslist as a scam and advised Zelle. We still haven't had any response from them.
