Fraudulent VRBO listings

We booked a stay in Reno and have been given the runaround about our stay. The number for BookedOut101 is disconnected. The number provided on the listing forwards to other numbers and doesn't pick up. The email we received about our stay demanded Driver License scans from everyone in our party (we've never had to do that through VRBO... ever). VRBO can't even get ahold of this fraud of a lister. They've taken our money and ruined our trip. Now we have to rent something else for the stay

I am a travel nurse and while looking for housing in Reno, NV. I discovered a property for rent near Renown Medical Center. It is advertised as a Private Oasis 2 blocks from Hospital. The address of the rental property 735 Aiken St., Unit 7. However this property actually owned and managed by Kramer Properties NOT Booked Out 101. A person named Darik Merbach claims to be the owner. Their property is listed both on the Furnished Finder website and also AirBnB. An additional phone number used by Booked Out 101 is 214-206-6323. Hello,

I am the Owner (Darik Merbach) of Booked Out 101 and we are fully licensed and run a completely legal and legitimate business. This post needs to be taken down before we pursue legal action. Anyone can call us at anytime at 214-206-6323. This person decided to not rent from us out of the blue and made all of these assumptions for no reason. We tried contacting her several times as well as issued her the money back. She was very unprofessional.
