Scammer has website offering rentals that they do not own or have the right to rent. Scammer said a deposit was required initially and then 1/2 the remaining balance a couple months later. Scammer gave a Zella account to send the money to and then another account to upload screen shots of the amounts sent. Last contact with the scammer they confirmed receiving my payments. Friend also reserved the house and contacted the owner as she was unable to get in touch with them. Owner told her she had been scammed that this company is known for taking houses others has listed and adding them to their own page. We have reported this to our banks as well as made police reports
