I’ve ordered a book from their site, they asked for shipping details and after the purchase was complete I received an e-book. They stated nowhere on their website that this is a digital product.

They adverttheir site with 30 day money back guarantee, but upon contacting customer service they said there’s no refund for e-books.

There’s no mention of this exclusion in their Refund & Return Policy.

I had the exact same experience so I called my bank and they are going to help. The site seems very nice, easy layout, etc. Don't be folded by the simplicity. They told me that their 'policy doesn't allow for refunds on ebooks'. I said I never agreed to purchase an ebook and MY POLICY doesn't allow for scammers to try and scam me.

Ordered a book (Weyward) it is listed as the format: Hardcover, I paid for the book and never received any product digital or hard copy. I contacted the company when I never received my hard cover book - they told me I should have downloaded it. I said no I ordered a hardcover and besides I did not receive a digital copy either. I sent them a screen shot of what is listed on their website and they never responded. Almost a month later I said I wanted a refund and I haven't heard from anyone . They replied with there's no refunds on digital books, I again explained that I ordered a hardcover (which is still listed that way on their website) , and I never received any version of the book hardcover or digital. I am in a book club and 3 of us had the same thing happen so it is not an isolated incident.
