I was told I was purchasing audiobook services for a book I published on Bookmarketeers.com. When I received the first chapter as a sample, it was an A.I. voice reading the book, while I was told it would be a live person. This is the first part of the scam. We agreed to a lower price as long as they could produce the audiobook on A.I. They did not deliver the book and I found out through my dealings with them that they cannot deliver audiobooks. I demanded my money back in July, and I was told the refund would come in installments. I got 400.00 of my money back about a month and a half ago, and now they have stopped talking to me, and will not respond to my calls, emails, or messages. I am due 800.00 more dollars for having never received a product I paid for. My project manager is called "Jack Hudson", although that is certainly a false name, since he sounds like he has a heavy Indian accent.
