The website offers airplane tickets for a cheaper price when comparing with other websites. You book the tickets using your name & date of birth, and credit/ debit card. The next day you start receiving calls about your tickets. They tell you they are Non-Refundable, you can't cancel them, and so many other "You cannot's". The first day I spoke with someone they told me my returning flight tickets would be "stand-by" tickets and the only way I could get guaranteed tickets was to upgrade for an extra $200. I refused and hung up. I called the airlines and they said they did not have ticket confirmation for me. My bank advised my to cancel my card since they had not attempted to take the money yet. They wait to process the payment hoping they can scare you to spend more money on tickets before they run your card! 3 days later this company called back and tried to use the same scare tactics & again telling me I had to pay an additional $97 per ticket or I would have to change the date of my flights to the next day in order to receive tickets for the price I initially paid. I told them I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and hung up. The guy called my phone 9 times back to back because I did not answer. Then he texted me 13 times with no response from me, begging me to answer him and saying he could give me the tickets for the original price. I wish I could post screenshots to show this madness. After the first encounter with them, I went back to the app (Jetcost) and read the reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. The app is a scam, and describes the same story I am giving. I am pretty sure if I hadn't canceled my debit card, I'd be out of the $277.00 that I initially tried to purchase the tickets for! But, I'm still disappointed that they have some of our information....
