Website offered a book for sale. It NEVER mentioned that the book was a digital copy. I only wanted a hard copy of the book. Once this was known, I asked for a refund, which was not given. I did indeed receive the digital book, but the download could not be opened. They continued to decline a refund even though the product was not delivered. I am out the price of the book and do not have even digital access.
