I thought I was booking, on-line, two campsites at Rollin' Home RV park in Nephi, Utah. Received a confirmation email, my credit cards was charged for both transactions (two transactions $143.78 and $127.80). All camper data was entered, etc. When we arrived at the campsite, they actually had my reservations and all data, however, they said nothing had been paid for yet. I called my credit card company to dispute the two prior charges and then I let the campsite charge me again for the total. The campsite claims you can only register on their actual website (which I guess I did not use) and the have never had any issues like this before.

Anyway, I think bookoutdoor.com people took my data and entered in into the Rollin' Home RV website - which doesn't require payment until you arrive. Maybe they are hoping you forget that you already paid - I have no idea - but it is wrong. They have even emailed me after the trip to survey about my stay. I did not reply.
