I ordered books from a website and never received them, the tracking showed they were delivered to somewhere in NYC after a week of not getting the package after it was said to be delivered in NYC I contacted the company via the email provided on the website they told me to wait so they could locate the package they refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to wait and track the package after multiple attempts they refused to refund me and I finally contacted them again after a month or so to demand a refund and I again have been put through the loop and no means of a refund.

I was scrolling through Instagram and found an ad for a discount at a bookstore called Books2Door. I clicked on the link and was immediately taken to the website where I made my purchase which included submitting my name, home address and my phone number as well as information from my debit card. I received an email confirmation for my order. After making my order, I sent the link to a relative and she clicked on the link and she couldn’t find the page. Instead it took her to a clothes shopping website with the same set up as the book store one.

Claims to be an overstock book website selling current popular literature series for a few dollars.

The website was showing it was connected to Half Price Books but that wasn’t true. I ordered 31 books and the post office stated my package was delivered and only 8.8 ounces. It was delivered to Alaska and I am in Ohio.
