I paid $32 for a three-day vacation to Destin, FL. When I tried to book, they said it was unavailable, attempted to send me elsewhere, and asked for an additional $599. The website stated I had three days for a full refund, but they refused to issue it.

I recently booked a travel package through Booksi.com, attracted by their advertised discounts. However, it was not made clear during the booking process that in order to secure the discounted rate, I would be required to attend a timeshare presentation. This critical detail was omitted or not prominently disclosed, which I believe is misleading and deceptive.

Furthermore, when I realized the condition attached to the booking, I requested a refund within three days of my purchase. Despite this prompt request, Booksi.com refused to provide a refund. Their refusal to honor a refund within such a short time frame, especially given the lack of transparency about the timeshare presentation requirement, is unacceptable.

We reserved a trip to Cancun and paid $362. We had 18 months to use it.

When we booked the dates, we were told we had to call them. When we called they said we had to pay an additional $412 for resort fees and taxes now.

They are misleading in how they presented the vacation.

Discount hotel deal advertised without mention of a timeshare. Gives you 18 months to travel. Have tried multiple times to schedule dates through the website however the shown availability is not truly shown. They will call or you have to call to actually schedule with very limited dates. They will also call you to try to get you to change your trip or add an additional trip. Service reps are polite but aggressive sales people. They will also accept your money before they determine your eligibility and wait until after they know you are eligible to tell you about the time share.

Online ad promoted a hotel for discounted rate. Purchased. When trying to book dates sales rep called and asked a lot of personal information (license #, annual income, etc.). Sales rep proceeds to explain that can't honor advertised hotel but can offer substitutes. When offer declined, money refused to be reimbursed.

The Booksi.com (aka Monster Reservation Group) has charged me total amount of $359.73 for initial reservation for the hotel package , which were not explained on their advertisement). We have not received any invoice or receipt for the resort fees + taxes.

We purchased the Oasis Grand Cancun All inclusive package and booked on their website for the trip based on dates marked as available on their booking calendar, however, the booking site redirected us to call their customer service for a final confirmation after we entered our credit card and personal information.

We called the customer service immediately and were on hold for almost half an hour but they said there were no rooms available at the Wyndham Grand Cancun hotel and offered us a Krystal Resort Cancun package instead.

We wanted to cancel the reservation and asked a full refund but they said no because although they were offering the Krystal hotel package if we didn't want that, the Oasis would maybe be available in the future. I asked them if we could book any other time in May and he then said it wasn't available at all in the entire month or any other time. I told him I would look at the Krystal and let him know. After checking on Tripadvisor I found it was a mediocre hotel and also required attending a timeshare presentation . There was nothing on the offer about this. In addition, he asked the ages of me and my husband which should have clued me in. I immediately sent him a note letting him know we weren't interested in the Krystal. We realized that the full refund must be requested within 7 days according to their refund policy. I sent him a note letting him know we were going to cancel as I felt it was scam.

I do see the charge on our credit card as pending and am planning on disputing it today as they are saying they have a 100% refund policy within 7 days.

Booksi has been registered their business in Wyoming. You can submit a consumer complaint to the Wyoming Attorney General if you wish. More would be better to kick them out of business. Booksi business license copy is attached.

The Booksi.com (aka Monster Reservation Group) has charged me total amount of $1,071.24 so far ($648.83 for initial reservation for the hotel package and $422.41 for resort fees + taxes, which were not explained on their advertisement). We have not received any invoice or receipt for the resort fees + taxes.

We purchased the Wyndham Grand Cancun All inclusive package and booked on their website for the trip based on dates marked as available on their booking calendar, however, the booking site redirected us to call their customer service for a final confirmation after we entered our credit card and personal information.

We called the customer service the next day in the morning but they said there were no rooms available at the Wyndham Grand Cancun hotel and offered us a Krystal Resort Cancun package instead, which is for $299 with an additional future travel package. They also asked us to pay resort fees but did not give us exact amount that we were supposed to pay in the call. Later I found they charged me $422.41 for the resort fees. According to their resort fee policy, a $33.95 per night resort fee due at the time of booking. It is 5 night hotel stay so we are not sure how they calculated the total amount of $422.41 for the resort fees.

We wanted to cancel the reservation and asked a full refund but they insisted we keep the Krystal hotel package and asked us to wait for 7 to 14 days for a final confirmation. We realized that the full refund must be requested within 7 days according to their refund policy.

The final hotel confirmation was delivered two days later the call, but the confirmation letter says "Resort fees & taxes will be collected by the resort at time of check-in" which was already charged to us without an invoice.

Their refund policy allows full refunds if requested within 7days of booking but they refuse to refund our money.

The phone number registering on our cell phones when the Booksi agents call is 52-998-848-9800, which is the main phone number for the Krystal Resort in Cancun.

Completely scam. Do not ever try to do any business with them.

Tried to book site took my card number and all information but said card didn’t go thru to try another card same thing when I contacted customer service was told couldn’t find anything for me to check with bank I did they showed nothing but I should cancel cards what a hassle and waste of my time back and forth with them via emails for 2 hrs
Watch out

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase anything from this site, it's a total scam. I purchased a 4-night stay in St Pete back in Dec. You have 18 months to book. I booked last Monday, only to be told I need to call them. When I called I was told they only had 3-night stays available FOR THE ENTIRE 18 MONTHS. I was planning a trip in Nov, not over the holiday, and was told this was their busy season. I will not go into detail as that conversation was 1 hr and 52 mins long. Making promise after promise of "giving" me a 7-night stay since they could not fulfill what they promised. However, I could only choose Atlantic City or Cancun NOT St Pete Beach where my family and friends live. Oh, and I would be responsible for all the taxes and resort fees. Then I called back on Thurs to be on hold again for 23 mins, for another 25 min conversation where I was told they would give me $150 credit to my original payment so I could book the extra night on my own to get the 4 nights I paid for. Unfortunately, I was at work at the time of this call and had to cut the call short, I was told someone would call me back at 8pm my time, no call. I called back the next day to be on hold for over 30 mins to be told I was issued a $150 credit to use on a future purchase. Why would I want that!?!?!?! Be advised, they say you are booking thru Booksi; however, some third party is who they say "is now handling" all reservations and they are not responsible for my Booksi reservation. I am still fighting the fight and trying to get what I paid for, but I am very confident that will not happen. Unfortunately, at the time of my booking there were no complaints on the BBB that I saw, but there are some now and I will be another one. I will blast this SCAM all over social media. AGAIN, DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THESE SCAMMERS LIKE I WAS! I'm usually better than this.

Believe me, this is not worth the discounted vacation experience. It's a new trick and re-packaging of the old timesharing pressure sale tactic. After a 2-1/2 hour presentation, we purchased (and promptly cancelled) essentially a 1-week studio timeshare in the slimiest and oldest scam hotel in Cancun (Sunset) which has almost no exchange value. So you will never be able to exchange your week through RCI for the dream vacations that Booksi promised. Save yourself the hassle and skip the bait vacation offer. It's just not worth it.

Advertising available dates beginning late June through end of July for St Pete Beach location on their website. Once I attempted to book on 5/14/23, for dates of 7/15-7/19, I had to call a "sister" company to confirm the requested dates. The sister company advised they have no availability in the location for the remainder of the year. I asked for next available date which they could not provide stating that is a very popular destination. We are only allotted 18 months to use our purchase so why is that destination even being advertised if it's not availablein the foreseeable future. I have spoken with 2 "reservation specialists" who state they cannot help me and referred me to a number that goes back into the same loop. I have emailed support @ Booksi who is stating that the reservation specialist handle it. This package was sold to be under false pretenses. I want dates booked out a full refund since this company could not hold up their end of the transaction. Odd that the only positive remark on this site is from Janice W, who obviously works for the company. I'm giving 5 business days for resolution before I seek alternative action.

We want to thank Booksi for our trip to the Villa del Palmar Cabo / 5 Star Beach. My wife and I both first responders and we wouldnt have been to afford this trip otherwise. We saved $2000 and the resort presentation was no big deal, not high pressure at all. We loved the location and service and might return in the future!

Please contact [email protected]. Thank you

Booksi. Com offered 5-star hotel reservations in Cancun at super discounted rates. For $99 you could get a 4 night stay at the hotel with 18 months to travel, but after you pay the fee, they won’t let you book the actual stay until you pay another $45 per night. After several emails back and forth they claim to issue a refund, but no refund is issued. Then they tell you to take it up with your credit card company.

This is a timeshare/travel scam. Nothing is refundable. There is not 24 hour cancellation window as there is with most travel sites, and this information is buried in the fine print. Most reviews are very negative about this company. Stay away unless you want to lose money.

Please contact [email protected] as we have 7 day 100% refund policy

I ran across an ad by Booksi for a five night/four day stay at Apple Tree Inn, located in Petosky, MI., for $249.00. Fortunately I decided to call Apple Tree directly to see if I could book the same deal directly. I was informed by their reservations that the offer from Booksi is not valid. They told me that they have taken measures to cancel that ad yet they still have received a number of calls from people that have purchased the package and are concerned that they will receive their money back.

I am writing this in hopes that you can get the ad taken down before anyone else is drawn into this scam.

M. Stanton The promotional offer at Apple Tree is sponsored by our resort partner Bluegreen Resorts which is stated on the offer page. The reason our exclusive hotel offers are up to 83% off the retail rate is because the resorts are sponsoring the promotion in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the resort preview. On each hotel offer web page we list the “Resort Preview Rate” as well as the Terms & Conditions for the discounted price.
