I was searching online for college textbooks when I came across this website. This website had physical books for over 75% off other online retailers. When I thought this was suspicious I decided to look up the website, and the address leads to a dumpling restaurant, and the domain has only been open for 2 months. Upon further investigation I see poor grammar, and several functional errors on the site. It is clearly a scam to lure in people looking for a deal. Beware.

On 5/2/2019 we ordered a math book on linear algebra and paid for it with Visa. A day later Visa paid for the book and for a foreign transaction fee. After 2 weeks I sent 2 emails and neither were answered. It is now 20 days without the book or a response. I feel that this be a scam.

I ordered a book on here for school as it was the lowest price I found, being a student I could not afford much more. It has been two weeks and my card has been charged, my money is gone, and I have not received anything as simple as a tracking number. Just what appears to be a fake invoice. No one has returned my e-mail. The website has a message feature that does not work. There is no customer service phone number and the address on google maps appears to be a restaurant. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.

I found this site through google shopping looking to buy textbooks. 5 days after I placed my order, the company hadn't responded to my emails or the messages I sent through their "contact us" form on their website. They have no phone number listed on their website. The charge on my credit card was from a clothing business in Great Britain. According to google maps, Booktiz address is an Asian food store or restaurant in New York City.

I ordered a book set from them and never received the tracking number nor the product. They do not return emails either.

I Google searched a text book and Booktiz came up as the cheapest price. I ordered it through them and never got the book, or even a shipping notice. I contacted them 3 times via email, there is no phone listed on website. I never got a response. The payment showed up on my statement as Great Britain. I Googled the address and it is an Asian restaurant in New York. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I ordered a textbook online from the site booktiz.com, from which I had never ordered before. I received no confirmation email or other information. I emailed the address on the site on about 2 weeks ago and did not hear back. There is no phone number on the site. The charge is also concerning because it came in as VIKITERESA, not booktiz.com, as well as showing up as a cosmetics company. Shipping should have taken 8 days. It has been 16 weekdays and still nothing; I am assuming at this point I am not getting my textbook.
