Like all of the other reviews, I thought I was ordering text books and never received them. Emailed the "company" several times with no reply. Somebody needs to shut this SCAM down!

I went to the college book store to purchase a "Laboratory Manual for General, Organic and Biological Chemistry." They told me the cost is $128 and I said it is too much for 1 credit hrs and decided to check online first. I googled the book then was happy to get it for around 41 dollars including for its expedited shipment. But I get nothing - Neither the book nor a response from the seller. The only thing I get was the attached invoice to my email.

I ordered a book on Booktiz.com thinking it seemed like a legit website on May 21,2019. On June 5, 2019 I emailed their "Customer Service" email address listed on the website, because I was unable to track my package. I received no response. On June 10, 2019 I sent a second email, because there was no phone number provided on their website. Well, I am weeks into my class and have no book. And I am out 30 bucks, and who knows if they have the ability to charge me again or what sort of information they have from me!! The website is still active and it needs to be put to an end, and we need to be refunded!!!
