Adjustable weights ordered. Waited two months. Tracking stated it had arrived and it had not. Customer service said they would investigate. I hounded them for a month and after a threat of further action they refunded everything but the shipping amount. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOMLON!

Workout equipment is sold on their website. They use a weird tracking system.TRACK888 /888TRACK. I contacted them multiple times through email for them to tell me they were sending me another and never heard anything else. The address on their website is a London address, but the emails come through as China or Hong Kong inscribed by my name when they did reply to my email.

I ordered a set of dumbbells and they were never delivered. The customer service email kept telling me that the shipping company informed them my package was delivered. However they continuously refused to tell me who the shipping company was. They refused to give a contact number for themselves as well.

I orders dumbbells off site on/around 8/23/2023. Tracking site claimed they were delivered on 9/28/2023 but I never received them. I’ve attempted to reach them by email several times, but emails are being ignored.

Ad appeared on Facebook. Purchased items through their website. They used a proprietary tracking website to show my item was on the way. Showed delivered 9/9, but no package was found. Contacted customer service. They replied with "your product was delivered." I said it wasn't. They said "check your mailbox". I informed them the package would not fit in the mailbox; these were 2 x 80lbs dumbbells. They said "give it some time." I've asked several times to give me the shipping carrier so I can initiate a driver followup. They ignore the question. I have been scammed.

Bought a set of dumbells from them and waiter two months. Nothing was delivered so I contacted the scammers using the customer service email provided on their website. They replied: “I checked your package and it has been successfully delivered. If you have not received it, please check your mailbox, or ask your neighbors near your home”. I have already done this and checked my cameras of home but nothing was delivered. Refund request was also denied.

Scammer tried to sell dumbbells at discounted price. I waited over a month for product to arrive. Tracking website given showed product was delivered, but nothing was ever received. When I contacted them at the email they provided, they replied that they tacked it and it showed delivered and told me to check my mailbox and with my neighbors, which I had already done anyway. They refused to supply a refund.
