If it's a scam why is it on Facebook I don't understand that why does Facebook put scam products on there and people losing their money they should be taking off that's why I'm checking it out boots and bags and heaven.com is a scam I want to know so I can delete it

I was looking for beanies on my laptop. the next dat my boyfriend gets a text talking about discounts etc. I gave no personal info whatsoever so who do these people think they are sending a text to my bf with no problem. Social Media is way out of hand and if you try to get a quote on say auto insurance then all these phone calls and text come from nowhere several times a day. Something has got to be done.How does free enterprise include idenity theft and incessant calla and texts? There's no CS cuz they're up to no good.

I bought a Clip-on Bang and for an extra $3 they said I could get my Item shipped before others. Well my Total came out to be $19.95. It took forever to get the Item and when I would ask about the Tracking Number, they would ignore me. When it finally arrived, it was NOT what I ordered. It was super small, cheap and looked to have been shedding Hair. I am very upset and want my Money back. I encourage you all to make Reports to BBB or find a way to get this Scam closed down. They even stopped emailing me after I told them that I want my Money back. They said to go on their Site, pick out ANY Item that is $14.95 and they'll Ship it FREE. Once I told them no and that I want a Refund..they said to send it back. I said that I will when they send me a Refund Label. After that, they stopped responding back to my Email for good. This Bang is missing Hair and looks to be small enough for a Dolls head. Smh.

Trash company. Item arrived more then 2 months after order with no communication. Couldn’t return (I don’t need a new winter hat in April when I ordered it in February). Most restrictive return policy.

Do not buy from here. You will not be able to get a refund under any circumstances.

Items purchased will take quite a bit of time to arrive. The refund policy is very misleading and there are specifics at the very bottom of the page that prohibits legitimate returns.

I ordered a letter A necklace on January 29th, 2021. It’s price was 14.95 & I also paid an extra 3 dollars so that my order would be “the first to ship”. In total the order was 22.90$. About 2 weeks after I purchased it I emailed them because the tracking info hadn’t been updated since I bought it, they said there delivery time was 11-21 days so be patient. I said okay. About a week later, I emailed again and ask could I get a refund and they said no because my order was already in transit. Well today makes 21 days since I’ve ordered, no tracking info, no refund, and no ring. I’ve been scammed.

On 12/27/2020 I made purchase from the Boots N Bags Heaven. I received a text message welcoming me and 2 text messages stating my order was received and I would receive a email with shipping confirm and tracking number in next 24 hour. It is now 1/10/2021 and I have not received my products nor a email with shipping information. There is no customer service to call. $130.85 was taken from my account. This is a scam and the website should be shut down immediately.

If I knew, the few reviews I just read I wouldn’t have purchased a hat from this company. I’ve written customer service twice and no one has returned my email. Please don’t buy anything from this company! It’s been 21 days and i haven’t received my hat. From what I can tell they charge but don’t send the items.

I bought a pair of sandals for $40.00 American dollars and used my credit card on April the 1st 2020. Everything seemed fine at first, I got a USPS tracking code and tracked my package on USPS website. That's all that was created, a code to track but my package was never sent or picked up from that point on. I have requested a refund to no avail. Pretty sad to scam people during a global pandemic but this place did.
