I placed an order on November 24 th and used my Amazon card, store card, They charged my card gave me a tracking number but I never received the item. since the item never moved per the tracking number i did reach out to them by email and eventually asked for a refund. they okd but i never received refund or the item. The website is now shut down with at note to reach out i did and have not heard back, on 1/3/2022 Now i have begin to receive addition emails for product but different contact info.
