Items purchased with paypal. Seller sent receipt with invalid UPS tracking number, with that package being sent to my state, city and zip code. USP confirmed package delivered yet, for privacy, will not tell the exact address. Palpay requires official from proof, from USP, that I did not receive the package.Scammer has discovered a flaw with UPS and paypal. With such a same amount, buyer may decide the hassle of getting money back is not worth it.
