**SO he is posing as this person: Kevin Dvorak and using: [email protected] as an email.
In our case, the freight forwarder quoted us a reasonable 'catch all' price for picking up the shipment. The idea was that Boris would pay for all, including shipping, and then we would pay the freight forwarder on his behalf. This is where things start to get sketchy - the freight forwarder, who had very simple terms to begin, immediately began hassling us for shipping payment straightaway (though the timeline didn't call for it).
Meanwhile Square held the payment as suspect (with good reason). We filled out a questionnaire detailing the nature of the potential transaction, and they informed us a day later that the card was stolen, and we reversed the payment back to the card.
If Boris owned this card (or his wife did, per his emails), he would have seen that the transaction had been reversed. As it was, he had no idea, several days later, that any money had gone back to that credit card account. This person, where ever they are (El Paso? Colorado? Malaysia?) appears to be a legitimate criminal, intent on defrauding primarily credit card account holders, but also businesses that conduct transactions globally.

After this email I replied advising him we do not work this way and perhaps he needs to find a different company. I am afraid these people have my address etc. please help me fix this problem. I dont know how much this person knows of me and my company.
