I was told by this company that if I paid them 349.00 that they would complete my borrower defense application (or at least help me with documents that I need to attach to the claim) and then after they did the work they would charge me, and after 3-6 months my loans would at least get partially forgiven. Well, it has been 6 months today and still no discharge yet. And I am out 349 dollars
