Offered me a job that I had applied for. Contacted me by email from a Donna Parker in the UK, Interviewed on TEAMS chat only and I never saw his face. He identified as Joshua Fitzgerald. After the chat interview he put me on a hold and came back and congratulated me that I got the job. Okay great. Then he took another break and came back and started wuith the software, hardware and other items I would need and the company would pay for everything and they would be sending me a starter check to purchanse everything. Then he started asking for my bank info, etc. This is when I got very leery and felt it was a scam. I told him I did not feel comfortable using my bank account and his tomne changed. At the beginning of the chat he asked for my full name and town and state where I lived. The chat went on for over an hour. I did not provide any other personal information but I did copy the entire chat on TEAMS to a WORD document.Not that anyone will be interested I am sure. This is a sad situation, scammers are everywhere and many are unsust]pecting. Never have I seen scammers hitting the job boards and they are there too now.
