This company has had multiple other names (it was @officialgirlsinc., when I first followed them, now it is @officialherteam). They reached out to me on Instagram about becoming a brand ambassador. They claim to be female empowerment company that sends a protein of every sale to a women-centered charity. I thought that was an awesome cause, so I said sure! They send me a discount code and told me to purchase my favorite item, which I did on August 14th. I got a confirmation email saying that my order was received and the shipping info would be sent soon. I never got any shipping information, and after a couple of weeks I started getting suspicious and reaching out to their various customer service emails. I haven't gotten any response other than an automated "sometimes UPS has delays" response. After doing a little research, it would appear that they have scammed may women in this same manner. They never respond, they block you, and they change their name. I hate that they use female empowerment to take women's money. So disappointing!! Hope this helps someone.

This account poses as a “women’s empowerment” organization who donates 25% of their proceeds to uplift women in business, also claim to be made in USA. They do not do either of these. They actually had to change their name from Boss Babes Co within the last few months likely due to complaints (also found here on the BBB). They solicit women on Instagram to become “brand ambassadors” but reviews demonstrate their inability to communicate, ship products, or actually uphold their statements of empowering women whatsoever.

I ordered from this company through there Facebook page - which took me to a website that was secure - on the 10th July. I paid for first class postage and paid €67!!!! I received a shipping update saying that my ‘label’ had been created and since then nothing. I emailed both their equiry email and refund email to which I have had no response. Clearly not getting my item so would just rather someone speak to me like a legit company would and give me my money back. I am taking this further if I do not hear anything back from them
