Type of a scam Online Purchase
When I got my package in late May, I noticed that a shirt was missing and upon closer inspection, was purposefully counted out on the packing slip but not on the invoice. I contacted the customer service several times for MONTHS and they kept trying to placate me that "they'll bring it to the CEO's attention" but it was never resolved. After the 3rd correspondence, they stopped replying completely and ghosted me.
Finally, last week I emailed them and told them that they have one week to contact me to rectify the situation or I would report them on BBB. No one responded, so because of the principle of the matter, I'm reporting these scammers. They have rebranded TWICE since I first ordered from them (First Boss Babes Co, then Girls INC, and now HER team), so I know that they had time to respond, they just chose not to.
I don't support any type of scammer, and this company's shady and dodgy business practices need to be shut down. Don't hide behind feminism to rip people off, it's absolutely abhorrent. Buyers, spend your money elsewhere because this is a scam!
