Someone claiming to be "Phil Bichette" frequently contacts me via my website's "contact me" form. He claims to be from a company called Boss-Capital (which is a legitimate company), but provides links to a shady operation called "Express Capital" ("expresscapitalcorp.com", not to be confused with another legit company with the same name that uses "expresscapital.com"). Checking the address he provides reveals that he's using a proxy address service called physicaladdress.com, and I can't find any record of a "Phil Bichette" anywhere, apart from all the places on the internet that he's used this name to spam the same message he sends me.

I've no idea what his scam is, but the whole thing is very sketchy.
