I also received a fake BOSE product from this website. I used PayPal to purchase and am in the process of disputing this fake website.

When I received Chinese characters as a company I became worried. I waited to see what was actually happening. The product is not even close to what was advertised and does not function at all as a Bluetooth speaker. Upon turning the speaker on to pair, it was on blast lo very loud and it couldn't even be turned down by the controls.

The website Bossxgood.com is selling fake Bose products. As soon as I opened the box, and saw the product, I knew right away. As I have had real Bose Headphones for over 5 years and could tell immediately that these were not really Bose. Not only are they fake, but they are poorly made fake at that. The website claims that returns are easy. When I reached out through PayPal to open up a dispute/claim, I told them I received a fake product and wanted my money back. He didn't respond through PayPal but rather directly to my email. He went on to tell me how international shipping cost so much money...up to hundreds of dollars and if for any reason the product got back to him damaged, I'd be liable and wouldn't receive a refund. Then told me it wasn't worth my troubles and that he'd give me 10% refund back. The website clearly spells out their return policy (which is also extremely odd in and of itself). In reading the terms under refunds, I should most definitely be getting an 100% refund.
