John Budicint I emailed him all the questions he asked and gave a detailed history of myself and my fiancé ohh and I forgot to mention he kept saying god bless you throughout this entire scam. Then we went to the house but we just looked in the windows and walked thru the back yard it was perfect one block from my job. I returned home so excited I thought god had arranged this for me and I shared an email to John about how great it was. He said that his real estate agent was fired recently for asking him to jack up the price, and the following day he sent a congratulatory email saying his wife and he decided on us as the new tenants.He and I then talked on the phone after exchange of numbers. He Was not much of a talker more texting than anything but had a foreign accent like middle eastern and said shilam instead of hello and god bless you a lot. He said with the deposit of $2000 he would overnight keys and an agreement to be signed but he had already been offered 3 times more by other interested renters which he denied because upon checking on their background they either partied or smoked indoors according to their land lords. Please just take good care of his home and after I got settled in he and his wife would arrange a formal meeting. I was so excited he was so easy going with us and he asked us if we could pay now pay pal, I said how about western union he said no Walmart to Walmart two payments $1000 and $1000 and gave me his personal assistants contact info: Bruce Peoples Bellevue, Nebraska this is who will retrieve the $ for him. I tried to go and do as he asked but after buying one $1000 money transfer Walmart informed me that two in a row wasn't permitted that it looks like fraud. I was puzzled so I went to my car and texted him about this. He said he knew nothing about there policies and he is only human. I went to go back inside and change the $amt to 2000 when the Walmart had a blackout and escorted everyone out. Then I texted again to say I would need more time and he said take a picture of the receipt and he will take $1000 now and the rest in the morning. I thought this is generous of him and so I sent the picture. He thanked me and said the keys were on the way and kept confirming my address. That next day he called me 25 times to get the $1000 for the remainder of the deposit but by then I had started to put a few things together in my head that made me very nervous I texted how uncertain and scared I was sending already $1000 to a complete stranger , I even cried he comforted me all thru the day with words and offered to send me a picture of his family. But he kept pushing and pushing for the money and the came up with this excuse that fed ex was closed on Saturday and he was sending the keys through proficientexpressservice.com and gave me a tracking #. But kept calling over and over so my fiancé said we will pay you when we get keys John said that they would come now on Tuesday because of the delivery Services. Last night Sunday I saw that same property online thru a real estate company and the price was different and it listed a number I called it and the agent told me there is no one else but her that is connected to the property and to report this to fraud. He doesn't know I know yet and was trying to get more money from me until 1am this morning. Texting me. I hope they are busted god bless.
