I purchased this Microsoft software and never activated it on my laptop. When I tried to activate it last month, it says that my product key is NMDXB-VCHVH-XXFVY-R3HH9-8QM28 but when I tried to activate it on the Microsoft website.. It said the product key was redeemed by qq*****[email protected] on September 11, 2023 (212 days ago). That is not my email address and I did not redeem it. I reached out to their customer support email and they gave me a replacement key with new instructions on how to download it. But that key was also invalid. I reached out to Microsoft for assistance and they are suggesting the second code was either counterfeit or stolen. I have since continues reaching out to Launching Deals / Major Rocket but they have yet to respond to advise if they will refund me my money or provide a valid key for the software.
