I reached out to them to inquire how to return the item purchased and I received an unacceptable resolution as follows from Rose La.
"I was sad to hear this news" You can choose to return, but the return of the return may be too expensive, and it takes a long time. My choice is leave the shoes to relatives and friends and they will give me $10 cash coupons to purchase from their website (another form of the scam).
They gave me coupon code. To return the shoes the address is Datang Times building, No. 2, 2203, Meilong Aveune, Longhaua District, Shenzhen. No 2 M MelonTerminal 2 Warehouse. They said the shipping will cost $40.
These people are for sure scammers and the product inferior and the above is an unacceptable offering for a return of an item that (a) doesn't fit my feet and (2) not Clarks and (3) tags say Walmart.
