Wish I have seen the previous review!
Unfortunately I placed an order with them making a payment thought PayPal to "friends and family" option on PayPal, by choosing that option I can't get the money back. The phone they listed +1 (424) 309-1788 on their web doesn't work and no surprise no one responds to their email [email protected]

I ordered a $300 scotch from them, paid $50 for shipping, and sent money via Zelle. The payment went to CHRISTOPHER MALONEY.
The person corresponding with me about the shipment was William Kurt, who assured me the package would be delivered on time for Valentine's Day.
I received an order confirmation number, and then a shipping tracking number. The shipper is a company called "Consigned Logistics" — not one of the shippers the Bourbon Barrel Blend website identifies as using.
I tracked the shipment over a day or so, and then got a notice saying it was "on hold" pending an additional $180 insurance payment I needed to make. This payment would supposedly be refunded after delivery.
I inquired about the need for insurance (which was news to me) with both the shipper and the seller, via email, and was told by both of them to just pay it. *I had no option to waive the insurance payment.* I called both the shipper and the seller, left voice messages requesting phone calls so I could learn more, and heard from neither. I did not pay the additional $180 because at this point, it was clearly quite a sketchy situation.
Further emailed inquiries with both the shipper and with Bourbon Barrel Logistics have been met with silence. Neither responds to emails from me anymore.
To this day, I have not received the scotch I supposedly bought, nor have either of the "companies" involved ever explained what is going on. (Because it's a scam!)
