I ordered a Jack Skellington electric blow up for the yard and paid for rush shipping. $65 and dozens of emails and still no package. Now their email address is no longer in service. They just kept telling me to check the tracking number with the post office but surprise surprise the tracking number doesn’t exist.

Paid +60 for a 100,000 lumen flashlight with multiple LED's, 8 modes, etc. Almost two months went by and received a flashlight that is nothing like what I ordered aside from the general shape. It only has one LED, 3 modes, and is probably about 800 lumens, nowhere close to the 100,000 advertised. I have gone back and forth via email with these clowns and they first offered 10% back and "keep the product or give it to a friend/family member". I kept pushing and got up to 30% but no mention that they shipped the wrong flashlight, they won't refund all my money, and they want me to pay shipping to send it back. AVOID!

Actually found pictures of this flashlight on Amazon. This company took pictures of a $669 flashlight from Amazon and are posting on the Bowmalli website with the descriptors. If this isnt false advertising, misrepresentation of a product I dont know what is. US government should shut down this website immediately for providing consumers with inferior products and misrepresentation of the factual product. Just look at the pictures they are 100% copied from the Amazon website! Dam Chinese always trying to screw the American people. And the last 3 pictures are the product I received. Definitely not the same flashlight...

Purchased this High Lumens flashlight from Bowmallis a d received this piece of crap plastic flashlight that has no resemblance to the actual website picture. This company is a scam company from China. Piece of [censored] Chinese scam artist. Not even close to the actual depiction of the product. Sent multiple emails and did not receive one return from customer service at vipservice1@strothese more.com. And the emails sent from illiterate [censored] doesn't even make any sense. Kiss my [censored] China and your inferior products..

I ordered a powerful lamp and received a poor lamp at 2 €... I asked for a return and they offered me only a 10% refund... Crazy ! More, i just received an email on which they wrote "check the production of your order, the item you received is what you ordered, would you kindly checked your order again? " . I asked to Paypal to do smthg... let's see !

I ordered that 100 000 lumen flashlight and they sent me some dollar store garbage... 100% not even close to what they suggested. Tried contacting them and they offered me a $3 refund but the total amount lost was $90. Absolute joke of a company. Going to tell anyone and everyone I can.

They advertise a smart bracelet with rechargeable earbuds that’s high quality.......then they send you a cheap bracelet that’s totally useless with no earbuds ,that doesn’t even tell the right time.....total ripoff......and no luck getting a hold of them.....bowmalli and assttn is there name I believe.
