This website is a scam, they are posing as Rottweiler breeders out of Texas and have their website constantly switching domains. He even admitted to it when I called him out and said, “try to report me, a new domain is $2 b[censored]!” He said he is scamming over 200 people a day through Zelle payments. I have reverse image searched the photos used on their FAKE website (www.bowvyrottweilers.com) and I have contacted the real breeder who's pictures were used and let them know that someone is using their photos. This needs to be shut down, though the person's IP address. Also, charging $400 and scamming over 200 people a DAY, the IRS should be investigating this IMMEDIATELY.

… I was interested in purchasing 2 Rottweiler puppies, emails and photos were sent, phones calls were useless, they’d not answer, they were asking $950 for 2 puppies, it included shipping and bringing them to my doorstep, the communication lines were open until this happened, they suggested payment through “ZELLE”, that didn’t work, they provided this info:

… then they suggested an “AMEX GIFT CARD”, they wanted a picture of both front and back, both card and receipt, once I sent them the first card for $450 in “GOOD FAITH”, they’d complaint, red flag; and so, since I still had the AMEX and it’s credentials, I took the liberty of seeing where the money went, it went to a company that sold makeup and perfumes, which had nothing to with puppies:

… they provided invoices with its company logo, half [censored] professionally done, they insisted on the second payment of $500, they almost got it, reds flags started to pop from all angels, I did a Google search with the address they provided on their shipping website:

… I was too late and $450 short, these are conniving individuals that have no life, who have no respect for themselves, moochers, jobless vagabonds, who take people’s kindness for weakness, not only were the [censored] communicating through their own so called business email, it turn out that they too were communicating from the shipping email who were supposedly the confirming agency who were shipping the puppies:

… ALERT, don’t buy from this website, who say, “we are licensed and verified because those are criteria for any breeder to showcase or be advertised on Google”, lying sacks of [censored], “SCAMMERS”, they eventually will be caught up with and be arrested, these people have no “FEAR IN GOD”!

Yep! They almost got me and I called him out and he said he was doing this to over 200 people a day while he sips on his scottish whiskey... called me every name in the book. Website domains should be way more expensive and these reports need to be taken more seriously. There are more scammers now than there are actual breeders on the internet
