Placed an order 10/2017, everything looks legit; order number, etc..
"How long does it take for an order to arrive? For US it takes about 10-15 days"
20 days passed, sent CS an email with no response. 5 emails later, NOTHING. They do not reply to the CS email. Had to file a CC dispute to get my $$ back.
