Ordered directly from website, order never came. Reached out to customer service daily since 12.20.23, one response received. Response questioned mailing address, I confirmed mailing address and sent screenshot of order confirmation, zero response since that time.

Never received their product, have made multiple attempts to contact support and haven’t had a response. Will be putting the payment in despute and filing as many complaints as possible to stop others from also being scammed

Advertisement on Facebook for toy. I purchased 4 for kids Christmas presents on Dec. 4 . Website claims 2- 6 Day shipping. No delivery as of Dec. 21. Bosxbollen, confirmed purchase,

Then sent out shipment tracking with DHL. DHL never received the shipment and said to contact the merchant. Contacted Support@ Boxbollen 3 times on the third time they responded- What is the shipping address so they can confirm. Sent it and then nothing for a week. Response was sent from Shopify [email protected]

I first saw this add in an Instagram biz insert in 12/3/2023. I obtained the web address and entered it in a separate new Google search session to avoid malicious code. I did review the sight and researched the internet for fraudulent claims. Since I found non on 12/3 I placed my order for 4 boxbollen sets, 1 single pink one and a 3-pack of red ones. On 12/3 I immediately received notification of the charge from my credit card. I also received confirmation of my order number from [email protected]. The following day On 12/4 I received notification of my order fulfillment with a DHL eCommerce tracking number advising USPS delivery. In checking the tracking record the status description showed en route on 12/4 from Hillside, NJ to my city, State with 1 of 2 tracking levels being fulfilled - Notified and En Route. The 3rd and final level is Delivered. I don’t see indication of a delivery method, but my order has been in the En Route status level since 12/4/2023. I have sent several inquiries as directed via email have not received acknowledge or receipt nor a response. I have inquired via text message - which identifies as an Automated Text Bot that provides up to 5 standard responses. I even bypassed the standard responses and entered an actual status request message that doesn’t move out of cue but lists a message advising that if I leave the chat my inquiry response will be provided via email. The chat session has been opened for almost an hour. There are no options to cancel this order nor have I received a response from the merchant who claims to be Boxbollen. So here I am on ScamPulse.com Scam seeing if there may be others who have ordered from this merchant with similar experiences or if there may be insight about this merchant.

product was purchased online 12/4/23. order to be received 2-6 days later - did not show up. sent emails about order/delay = no response at all. the scam involves using several "celebrities" endorsing this product that is stealing from hard-working people. Now those of us scammed have to deal w/credit card companies trying to get the charges removed, which does not happen in a timely fashion

Product that’s all over the internet and a hit, website has good deals on and states tracked shipping, ships within 1-4 days, multiple reviews state people haven’t received items and there money was taken, orders were placed 2-3 weeks ago, company doesn’t provide and additional information for contact or location on an email for help, myself and multiple others have sent numerous emails and the company doesn’t respond, they are charging people and not sending them the product or answering there emails

Purchased item on 12/3/22. On 12/8/22 I requested a refund as item had not been shipped. The reply on 12/9/22 was that the order was processed and could not be refunded. I mentioned in a return email on 12/9/22 item had not been shipped and I wanted a refund because their return policy was 14 days. The reply on the same day from them was that it had been packaged and sent to postman. I received email on 12/11/22 stating item was being processed, no tracking number was supplied. Item did not arrive until 12/29/22. Their website states 2-6 days shipping, tracking number supplied. Neither of which applied in this situation. I sent email through their website requesting return and was never contacted, I sent another email from prior conversations requesting return refund. Both emails have been ignored and now I am clearly out of my 14 day return window. There website also states that refunds will not be applied if item is returned without prior authorization from their site. Package has NOT been opened.

I want a full refund, and to return this item.

Really credible-looking website and social platforms including testimonials. High-quality photography. I've tried to reach out 3 times via their form. They are scammers. I lost my money and my kid is ******. I ordered to help my son with OT and coordination. He is a special-needs kiddo. This product is endorsed by big-name celebrities like Gary Vee and Khloe Kardashian. I'm so ******.

I saw their add on Instagram, ordered on 11/28. The same day I received a message it shipped and was in New Jersey. Never heard of any updates. I emailed a couple weeks later and then sent a message back saying it was “delayed”. I read several other reviewers and multiple people said they never received the product. I emailed again and never have heard back either. They had celebrities doing their adds but doesn’t seem like they’re a good company.

I placed an order through the Boxbollen website on 12/4/22 and never received my order. I have reached out twice through their website but have not received any response. There is no phone number or way to contact this company. The latest tracking has been stuck on 12/5/22 for weeks. Others have reported the exact same issue with this company on **************. They are 100% scamming people and CONTINUE to advertise their product on social media.

Item was ordered directly through “company website” and paid for on 12/01/22. Now it’s 12/15/22, we’ll past the 2 to 6 day shipping window. Tracking has never updated, item has never arrived, company has no phone number and has not replied to multiple emails and messages about the whereabouts of said order.

Upon purchasing on 12/1 they said it was 2-6 day shipping and provided a tracking number, however it's now 14 days later and it's still says the product is in NJ - basically it hasn't moved. Upon reading the reviews it seems like it's a total scam. I reached out to the company inquiring about the delivery date and never heard back.

I ordered on 12/3/22 and I received an email that my order shipped. It was picked up in NJ and then lost. I emailed support and they emailed back that it was lost and they will send a new package. No contact to reach out to the company. I still have not received my package and I have lost $50. This companies website is all over social media and needs to be shut down. People are getting scammed out of money.

Ads running all over social media, using Celebs to promote the fun/workout. Gave discount for more items you bought, and said that delivery would be 2-6 days domestically. It’s been a month and nothing. You receive a confirmation email that it has been shipped but has never changed from the New Jersey shipping location. You send emails for follow and nothing.

Item ordered on 11/28. As of 12/12 the item is still not received and shows it is in NJ. Emailed customer service and no response. No phone number available. Claim opened with PayPal. After researching numerous people have had this problem. This “company” needs to be shut down and their website flagged.
