I paid for a puppy and it was to be shipped, seller to cover the cost of shipping. Seller now states that he spent the money and that I would have to pay the 500$ refundable insurance fee to get the dog, from Continental Shipping Services but they needed a wire transfer or money gram. I said no and then they stopped all contact with me.
