I purchased this product, the sizing was correct that I would purchase, well when I get my order the size is too small. I then proceed to contact via email explaining the situation and I get a response that they would like to offer a resolution to restore my trust. The offer was pay shipping on both packs which after looking it up would cost me another $21.00 US dollars. The correct restoring my trust is to just ship me the right size that would keep me as a customer, not pay an additional $21 dollars of which by the way I paid $41.94 for my first order. This not a way to keep a customer coming back, They are soft they look nice and probably feel great on you if I could wear them. I think this company should rethink how they fix the problem asking customer to pay additional 50% of the original cost to send it again. I will post again if they resolve the issue properly . I will however post on other review sites if no resolutioN.
01/10/25 I have responded directly via email after this posting and have yet to receive a response from anyone at Boxhero.
01/15/25 So this is an update Boxhero has yet to make any movement on fixing the issue. The last communication was 2 days ago requesting a phot of what I received and also a pic with the size that didnt fit, which I sent and no response but they did however repeat the first message that I should pay for shipping for each package which again would cost me another $21. They should send the correct size as part of good customer service to keep me as a customer. I will post again if I receive a response either way good or bad.
01/17/25 So yet AGAIN Boxhero sends another reply to my email saying they understand the frustration about the size error and want me to get the right size order so just pay another shipping fee and we aer sorry for the confusion.. Well I am not confused they need to make it right by just sending the right size and consider that the solution to there confusion and understand not to string customers along to try and get more money out of them. I will update again when I get a new response . I will gladly change my rating if they send the replacement
01/20/25 So I received an email today asking me to rate them on their service from the same person who has ignored my last email, I replied with your service currently is terrible as you have ignored my previous emails and now that same person replies with basically acknowledges they are the ones at fault but astill expect me to pay $21 dollars more to ship the right product to me. I informed them once again and this I replied will be the last chance they get to correct the issue AND IF I dont received a reply with we are shipping the correct size free of charge that I will send all communication emails received to the ScamPulse.com and I will also post one last time here. This might not get the result I deserve which is the correct product no additional charge for me but at least I will do whatever I can if it they dont. If they do I will retract this rating with a positive one.
01/24/25 WELL I have given BOXhero more than enough time to fix the issue they have not sent the right product and have just ignored my last emails so DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY ARE MISINFORMING YOU OF THE SIZE CHART IS NOT CORRECT . IF YOU BUY AND ITS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE THEY WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY MORE MONEY TO SHIP YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCT. which in US DOLLARS ends up being 50% more cost to you. EXAMPLE spend $40 get the wrong product and now you have to spend another $21 to get the right product you wanted in the first place SCAM SCAM SCAM. AND THEN THEY IGNORE YOU. I wish I looked this up earlier on the Better Business Bureau website someone else also posted about the sizing scam and was not refunded the money or shipped the correct product WOW DONT BUY DONT BUY If they only shipped the right product this would have been removed.
