Bought 2 Nutcracker tickets from this 3rd party vendor. After I realized this was a 3rd party ticket seller, I read andxwas told directly from BostonBallet ticket office that they do not accept tickets unless purchased directly from Boston Ballet ticket office. I contacted Boxofficeticket several times by phone and email to demand a full refund. They refused. I was finally able to get the charge canceled on my credit card.

I purchased four lawn tickets for Tanglewood BSO rehearsal and paid almost $300 including shipping and service charge. Ticket price was about $65. They sent me $19 worth lawn tickets. The lawn tickets for the concert we went to turned out to be $13 per person. I have a order number. This is a scam case.
