I purchased an item from their site. It came and was not the item that was pictured. It was a cheap knock off of that item. I contacted them multiple times and eventually got PayPal involved. Their website said they would offer a return, but they told me it would be $25 to ship to China, and I only paid $23 including shipping. The return address on the package was from New Jersey, But it was very clear that it had come from a company in China. Initially the first person that responded to meTyped as if their first language was an English, but the more complaints I filed, the more clearer it became. We did eventually settle on me getting refunded $15, but I was not happy with that. I only excepted it because the alternative was returning the item which I was not willing to pay an additional $25 for. Their site is clearly fake, and they are just taking money from people and sending them subpar items.
