I was looking for a lift recliner and they advised one for 109.00 which I thought was a good price. I received an email from them that my order was received and they were getting it ready to ship. I waited a few day and then contacted them via email to ask where my chair was and they replied with the same answer and that they will notify me once it ships. I began to feel uneasy about them after a couple emails to them and when I went to view my order the site was not available. I called my credit card company to report a scam charge to my account since I never received my chair. They gave me the phone number they had on file for the purchase. I called the number and it was someone's personal phone number. The gentleman that answered said I was the third person that had call him about a purchase. From the date of purchase Jan. 26, 2020 to present Feb. 14, I haven't received my chair. I've since ordered the same chair through Walmart and it's been delivered. I think they are back on line through FB under a different name which I saw today Lonknthttps://lonknt.myshopify.com/products/walnew-recliner-chair-power-lift-mas...⇄ Same chair same price 109.00. I posted on Facebook that this ad is a scam.
