So I tried calling the number and am unable to connect as it’s always a busy signal. I have saved a snapshot (on my phone) of my receipt, which I can provide. As well as back/forth email correspondence requesting a reshipment, a refund and ALL their responses. **I still have not received the product nor been compensated**
