I ordered Stanley cups thinking it was Brad's Deals ( a legit company) . I then realized it was not . They were using Bed Bath and Beyond logo to make it look real.

Scammer using legit company logos

I placed an order for 40oz Stanley tumblers and a couple other items. I thought I was going through the legitimate company.. Brad's Deals. I realized I made a mistake too late. I emailed them and I received messages back stating they were working on getting my order ready. They didn't answer anything I asked. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. They will do their investigation... but could take 90 days.

I responded to a social media post claiming to be Brads Deals, advertising clearance pricing on Stanley Cups for Bed, Bath and Beyond. When you click on the ad it goes to what looks like a Bed, Bath and Beyond site! Everything looks deeply discounted, with a claim they are going out of business.
