a company : brainbytetechsupport.com is trying to charge me for tech support that I did not request. They claim that I requested it in writing but do not give me copies of my purported request, nor details as to what they claim I requested. Now they are trying to charge me close to $400. The charge came through on my Visa statement. How this happened I do not know. There is no evidence of my request, let alone any details nor does the brainbytetechsupport group provide any tangible evidence. I will not pay for something I did not request.
