This company is a complete scam. It asked me to pay $3 for a test to which I agreed and then they charged me for a subscription that I did not sign up for without giving any advance notice that it was charging me for a subscription or what the fee would be. They are refusing to refund the subscription fee.

I paid $2. & change to do an IQ test on an ad that popped up on Facebook on Feb 19, 2024 & then yesterday on Feb 26th they took $38.80 off of my PayPal as an autopay that I was not aware of nor would of I agreed to this. They took my food money. I’m very sick & disabled and it’s not right!! META is responsible as well!

We purchased 2 IQ tests for $2 each and never signed up or agreed to a subscription. We were charged 2 payments of $38.80 for a subscription a week later even though the website never cautioned us about it. Total scam. We lost almost $78 over this fraudulent website and IQ test. They should not be in business as their tactics are not right.

I took one online quiz and paid $8.90 for the results to be emailed to me, accessed. I was then charged $79.80 sometime around 10 hours later. I did not sign up for anything further than the one quiz. They have emailed me saying I signed up for a 6 month subscription which I did not. They are refusing to refund me. Some kind of internet fine print scam. It's my fault for trusting them but others should be aware. I was also told there was an e-book for which i was charged $14.99 which i have yet to find, regardless of his help.

This is how I got a refund on Brainety.com, Detoxity.com, Personity.com:

0. Support won't help you. You need to dive deeper to the company owners.
1. "Rebilita UAB" is the lithuanian company behind these websites, its public information.

2. You can do a public Search in the Register of Legal Entities in Lithuanien: https://www.registrucentras.lt/jar/p_en/

3. Basic public informations are:
- directors are:
Andrius Katinas - mobile phone: +37066292888
Marius Buzaitis - mobile phone: +37063555164

some additional info: there is a 2nd company on the same address registered, which is Marius Buzaitis wife's company.
Public informations about it:
company name: Rainé UAB
owner: [redacted] - mobile phone: +370 [redacted: the individual of the complaint has hired a law firm in order to get the name and phone number removed] (this is the secret weapon)

4. Now you have 3 phone numbers, call them constantly and be very confident and upset.
5. Consider hiding your phone number before calling, otherwise they can ban you (if you have 2 numbers, thats the best, because from one phone you can write messages to them, and from the other you can constantly call them in anonimus mode until they pick up)
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 until refund, don't stop. Use the above mentioned secret weapon as well.

This business is a scam. They will rope you in with a test and then automatically enroll you for a trial period and automatically charge you again a few weeks later. This is a ruse as they are counting on you not realizing that you are being enrolled. I paid for what I thought would be just a test for approximately $14 and was later charged almost $80 for a trial period at the end of the month that I was not aware of until I received notification of the charge and they were not helpful when explaining my circumstances. I would strongly advise not using any of their services as you may be charged for more than what you expected. Their customer service is also poor and inflexible. They are taking advantage of people in these difficult times and should be ashamed by their "business" tactics

This is a scam website. I did a IQ test in past time, paid $14.90 for one-off game, but then surprised by $129 taken from my account a few days later. I wrote the company asking for refund for the authorised payment, but they returned saying ‘No’ because a subscription (unknown by me) was made when I paid for the game. This is totally a scam. Please do not do anything or enter any payment details on their site.

“Trial period” no no, they will still take your money

I took a “IQ Test” on Facebook and then it set me up for their services, which I didn’t want because of the cost.

I contacted them to cancel my account right away. They sent me back an email saying they canceled my account, but then the $79.80 still came out of my checking account and they said they won’t refund my money.
