On August 10th I sent an email using their "contact us" option to check the status of the order and I didn't receive a response. On August 12th I sent a follow-up email from my own email account directly to [email protected] to get the status of my order and to request a refund if it couldn't be sent. I didn't receive a response to my second email either. On August 13th my son sent them a direct message on Instagram and he didn't receive a response either.
Today is August 20th and I have not received the order or a response to the 3 communications sent to Brainwash New York.
