Hands down worse company I have worked with. False advertisement claims. Very unprofessional. Hidden costs. I had them design a logo under a package they claimed covered everything I needed. After logo was designed they asked for a significant amount of money that was not discussed prior and a breakdown of what that covered. So the package I chose was basically a lease of their design and they hold rights. If I wanted to have full rights and ownership with copyright and international trademark I would have to pay this new amount. Afterward I started to be contacted outside the typical means of communication which was a company chat rooM and now getting calls and texts on phone. The communication went from professional to personal and an employee asking for more money in relation to my logo. Once the claim was made that they physically went to Washington DC to file my logo with USPTO I asked for my certificate. I was given a false number that pulled up no information with USPTO and was sent, via text, an obvious photoshopped certificate with my name on it. It was horrible how fake it was. It was another persons very from over 20 years ago to a township copyright with my name photoshopped on it. I requested a refund for obvious reasons and kept getting well take care of it excuses but nothing ever resolved. I have received no service outside of a logo design with no paperwork from USPTO giving me right or anything else that was outline in my invoice. The company has replied with threats to inform my employer of our business transaction and even quid pro quo tactics in order for me to not to dispute this issue. They also offered me some money back and claimed they gave me some money, which never happened. DO NOT USE COMPANY. They are controlling their reviews online as some of the companies are either not real or persons have no relation to the companies claimed.

I had visited their website about 3 weeks ago. Right away I had someone messaging me from the chat window on their website. I had stated that I was tight on funds, and I was just looking at the moment. They pushed and told me they could split the payment. They then asked for what details I wanted to include in my logo, and what kind of design I was looking for. I told them I wanted a vintage more masculine style. I then received logo after logo of flowers and anything feminine. I was very kind, and stated that I was sorry, but that’s not what I was looking for and gave them some time and feedback to get some revisions back to me. They sent me sloppy revisions with nothing centered, or anything I had asked for. I said I was sorry, but I need to move on and would like a refund as their website states “Money Back Gurantee”. I received 0 response. I followed up with phone calls, and left messages as well as email. I even tried to contact them on their website chat window that says they are online. I still have received no response. I couldn’t be more disgusted with a company’s practices. I then looked on yelp, and BBB, and wished I had done that to begin with. All reviews are the same. Scam after scam of people trying to contact them to get a refund with 0 response.

PLEASE look deeply into the information this company is using to back its credentials. They give you the true run-around. They run 2 scams. 1) For basic company logo designs, they take up to $100 then wait until their 'return guarantee' period is up making excuses, lying, and avoiding calls then submit logos that are already trademarked and stolen from another company, just editing the text slightly so they can legally get away with accepting your money. Scam 2) For large purchases from them like 3-D logos, websites, website videos, they just make an endless amount of excuses and lies about people in their company quitting, re-assignment to new project managers and delays based on fake updates. They refuse to give refunds and have a fake statement that their company is based in California, when clearly they are all in another country, likely India since they are all Indian and have fake alias American names. The companies they have on their website as testimonials are fake and have had the logos stolen and used for themselves often with false websites. They never ship products you buy from them and just make excuses for why it has not yet arrived. PLEASE shut this company down. They are stealing thousands of dollars from people without delivering real services or goods, if anything is ever delivered at all.
