These guys are targeting people who are searching for legitimate employment on legitimate job sites. They are smart scammers because they are trolling these sites and then spearphishing using your name and asking if you can hear them. They are attempting to get you to say yes or okay in order to record it and use it later. It is always Brandon with an unspecified job recruitment company saying that they noticed you have been looking for jobs on their job sites. I believe the number is spoofed because every single time they call me they call with a different 423 number so that I can not ever successfully block them. If they call you don't say yes, don't say anything just hang up.
