Contacted https://brandtteacyorkie.com/ about the pups for sale on website for gift for girlfriend. Fill out contact us information to inquire about the process. Was then contacted via text message by someone calming to be from the company/breeder. Exchanged information. Total cost would be $900 - $700 for the pup & $200 for shipping. I stated that I would place a down payment of $200 to hold the pup. However, before I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the down payment I requested a google meet video or FaceTime video. Basically any type of live video chat would have sufficed to see the pup in person since the breeder and I are states apart. I set up a google meet and link was sent to the number I had been texting. Lady claimed she did not know how to work the link stating she was 67 years old and her son usually does this part. Was only able to send a video to my email which could have been any pup or anybody with a pup. She also sent her Zelle info some woman named ROSA CHAVEZ GARAY and wanted a screenshot when payment was sent. She began trying to put pressure on me to send the money. I again asked for some type of reassurance that this transaction is legit but the lady began to shy away from doing business with me.
