"Hi
I am sorry for the delay.
Due to the large volume of orders, flights are tight.
The logistics company piled up a lot of parcels ,so the transportation time will be delayed.
Tracking info updating is also relatively slow.
We have contacted logistics company to deliver your order ASAP.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
I have received no communication from them since that time. I paid by PayPal and I am going to initiate a complaint with PayPal, but I'm afraid this is just a complete mail scam. I am attaching a PDF of screenshot of the e-mails I exchanged with them. On the left-hand side is a list of the e-mails I exchanged with them and on the right is the full content of one email. (The top item in the list is an unrelated advertisement.)
Please add this to your scam list, and if you have anything to communicate about this, please reply to my email. I will update if I get more information. Thank you.

Believing that it was a Braun product, I ordered a pulse oximeter using Pay Pal. The money was immediately taken out of my Pay Pal account where I have an Amex card registered. When a week went by without a shipping date, I sent an email. I did not receive a reply, so I called the number listed on the website. A recording said that a support agent was not available and I should leave a voicemail for someone to contact me. Nobody contacted me. I began to believe that it was a bogus website, and I entered a complaint at Pay Pal’s resolution center. I also called Amex, who said they would refund my purchase, which they did. The worst part of this experience was that I called my sister and 3 friends to urge them to buy the pulse oximeter because of COVID 19. I felt terrible that I had led them into this scam. Each of them had to cancel their credit cards and get new ones. One of them found that this company is registered in China. I called the number on the real Braun website and a customer support agent told me that brauntherm.com is not a company related to Braun. She said she had received several calls during the past two weeks from customers like me who believed that brauntherm.com was a Braun company.
