We found the their website on Google and requested information about purchasing a puppy. We were contacted by text and they seemed legitimate, so we made an agreement to send the money $750 for the puppy and $150 for shipping. After a couple of days I suspected something was off so I requested a refund. The person I was texting with said that they would send money back. After two weeks we have not received a refund or a puppy. We were scammed and we are out $900. The man's name is Akwe Koggerson. Do Not fall for this scam.

The paypal that I sent the funds to was Rafeal Rui. Watch out for both these guys.
