i ordered 3 small printers from them for48.99 and i go to their page but they keep telling me that my password is incorrect so i tried to reset my password and they still won't accept it. i know it is right. i tried to contact them and i got the chat site and it said that i needed to talk to a support team for 1 dollar and i needed to pay 46.00 a month to use this. i don't want the support team just where is my package but there is no other way to get a hold of them. i ordered them about 6 -8 weeks ago. when i printed off the order info i realized that there was no address or phone number to find them. i guess i just got scammed. my order number is 202011150648264240. the tracking number is BTYCNOO11259155YQ. it says to go to their website to contact at [email protected] but it want's to charge me to use this.
